Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Valid MA State Teaching Licensure in Education, Reading/Literacy Specialist, or Special Education.
• Knowledge of Science of Reading and MTSS framework.
• 3–5 years teaching experience preferred, middle school.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2/3 reading interventions to groups/individuals with evidence-based methods.
• Administer diagnostic reading assessments to identify skill deficits.
• Differentiate instruction and adapt materials for engagement.
• Lead MTSS/SST meetings to review data and plan interventions.
• Interpret data to inform Tier 1-3 decisions and communicate with families.
• Deliver curriculum virtually aligned with MA Frameworks.
