Job summary

MedWatchers, Inc. seeks a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) to lead MTM services remotely, providing pharmacist-led clinical consultations and comprehensive medication reviews to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial members.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document interventions, and adapt to evolving clinical programs while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program.
• Full-time, 40-hour workweek commitment.
• Remote, desk-based role with confidential patient conversations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and pharmacist-led clinical consultations with patients.
• Educate patients on medications, disease states, adherence, and overall health.
• Identify medication-related problems and barriers, providing appropriate interventions.
