Medix is seeking a remote Pharmacist for telephonic medication therapy management (MTM). The role requires an active pharmacist license with experience conducting Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) and Targeted Medication Reviews (TMRs).

You will perform MTM calls with patients from the US, addressing adherence and drug therapy issues. The position offers hourly pay of $57.00–$65.00 and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License with experience conducting Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) and Targeted Medication Reviews (TMRs).
• Strong patient communication skills using motivational interviewing techniques to address adherence barriers over the phone.
• Proficiency with computer technologies (Mac OS, Google Workspace, multi-system navigation, fast typing) in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic medication therapy management, including Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) and Targeted Medication Reviews (TMRs), for patients with complex chronic conditions.
• Coordinate with providers, clinics, and pharmacies to resolve medication issues, improve adherence, and manage transitions of care.
• Document clinical interventions accurately in Arine's software platform while providing feedback to help improve system workflows and user experience.
