Outcomes® is seeking a Medication Adherence Specialist to engage patients, prescribers, and pharmacies, supporting adherence programs and refill coordination. The role operates within remote call-center operations, following structured scripts to improve adherence measures and health outcomes.

Responsibilities include outreach, education, triage to pharmacists for clinical questions, and meticulous documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a related role.
• Active pharmacy technician license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive patient outreach to support medication adherence programs using an approved script.
• Assist patients with medication refills and coordinating prescription renewals with pharmacies and providers.
• Follow established protocols to triage patients to a pharmacist when clinical concerns arise.
• Document interactions per company policies.
