Job summary

Molina Healthcare is hiring Pharmacy Technicians for our Clinical/MTM Department. This is a fully remote position in the United States.

The role focuses on outbound calls to members about adherence and pickup needs, coordinating refills with pharmacies, and supporting provider communication to optimize member care. Essential duties include outreach to members and providers, collaboration with pharmacists on adherence, and handling prescription claim issues.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed or certified Pharmacy Technician.
• At least 2 years pharmacy technician experience, preferably MTM.
• MTM experience preferred if possible; other relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to members regarding medication adherence and pickup needs.
• Coordinate prescription refills with pharmacies and communicate with providers to support member care.
• Perform outreach to members, prescribers and pharmacies as needed.
• Assist in resolving member prescription claim, prior authorization, and service access issues.
• Collaborate with pharmacists on adherence and identify barriers.
