Job summary
SHI International Corp. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our MSP team.
You will implement, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments across multiple customer environments, with a focus on Microsoft infrastructure services and hybrid identity integration. The role requires hands-on AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and virtualization experience, plus PowerShell scripting and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Three+ years in Systems Engineer/Infrastructure/IS roles within MSP or enterprise.
- Solid Windows Server experience including AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, certificate services.
- Experience with Hyper-V/VMware virtualization and backup/recovery for Windows workloads.
- Proficient with PowerShell for admin tasks, scripting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Implement, administer, and support Windows Server environments for multiple MSP customers.
- Deploy and troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure services and related applications.
- Support hybrid identity integrations with Entra ID and on-prem AD.
- Create documentation, runbooks, and repeatable operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in on-call rotation.
