Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support client and internal projects in NAM Professional Services. You will document current and future workflows, design processes per contracts, and help develop training materials.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager, Delivery team, and client stakeholders while traveling up to 15% domestically or internationally.

Qualifications

• 3 years MSP Operations and Delivery experience.
• Experience leading client-facing requirements sessions.
• Experience mapping complex workflows (Visio or Lucidcharts).
• Experience producing process documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Fieldglass.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Discover and document current and future process workflows.
• Design processes based on contractual obligations.
• Contribute to and/or lead development and delivery of training materials.
