Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in MSP client services or staffing account management.
• Experience with full cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across hiring managers and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day MSP services and client support.
• Maintain quality client service and site operations to meet contractual deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors and staffing desk to fulfill requisitions via VMS systems.
• Develop and update SOPs to ensure efficient operations.
