Icon Health is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract with Medicare Advantage plans and risk-bearing providers.

You will map the national market, build relationships with executive leaders, tailor proposals to ROI, and collaborate across product, finance, and analytics to drive growth. This role offers a fully remote setup with flexible scheduling and a team that values bold thinking and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of B2B healthcare/MSK sales or related experience.
• Advanced skills in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Source and close net-new clients across Medicare Advantage plans, risk-bearing PCP groups, and large medical groups.
• Lead each deal from discovery to contract execution, including proposal development and negotiations.
• Build decks and ROI-focused value propositions for clinical, operations, and finance stakeholders.
• Maintain a deal-by-deal plan with the economic buyer and approvers to close opportunities.
