Qualifications

• 7+ years in software or data engineering, including 2+ years managing engineers.
• Strong coding in Python and SQL; JavaScript/TypeScript familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and hire engineers; set performance expectations and growth plans.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling and secure software practices.
• Collaborate with clinicians, PMs, and security teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Lead architectural decisions and cloud infrastructure for SAAS integrations.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to minimize operational impact.
