Job summary

TailorCare is hiring a Care Advocate to engage prospective patients through outbound calls and multichannel outreach, guiding them toward enrollment in our MSK care navigation program. This 100% remote role supports patients and caregivers with empathy, explaining services and helping them navigate the enrollment process.

You'll work in a high-volume, outcomes-driven environment, using AI-enabled tools and CRM systems to document interactions, hit quality and outreach targets, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Outbound healthcare outreach and patient engagement experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Willingness to learn motivational interviewing techniques.
• Ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and multichannel outreach to introduce TailorCare’s services and support enrollment.
• Build knowledge of MSK program, eligibility, and enrollment process to explain clearly.
• Communicate TailorCare’s value proposition tailored to patient goals and health literacy.
