TailorCare, Inc. is seeking a Care Advocate for a 100% remote role aligned to Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zones. You will engage prospective patients via outbound calls and multichannel outreach to enroll in a musculoskeletal care navigation program.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound call center, telephonic outreach, or patient engagement in healthcare or health tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening.
• Willingness to learn motivational interviewing techniques.
• Ability to manage high call volume with accuracy and empathy.
• Comfort with targets and quality metrics in a tech-enabled environment.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite.
• Open to new technologies, including AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and multichannel outreach to eligible patients to introduce TailorCare’s services.
• Build knowledge of MSK program and enrollment process to explain clearly.
• Clearly communicate TailorCare’s value proposition tailored to patient goals.
• Establish trust with empathy and active listening during conversations.
• Apply motivational interviewing techniques to support patient-centered talks.
• Address patient questions and objections, escalate as needed.
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems for coordination.
• Meet or exceed outreach, engagement, and quality targets.
• Collaborate with care teams and participate in daily standups and team meetings.
