Job summary

Sedgwick Ireland is seeking a Motor Claims Handler to manage a portfolio of motor damage claims for key clients. You will own the claims, assess liability and quantum, determine coverage, and drive expedient, compliant resolutions.

We welcome applicants with motor claims experience; APA is required, CIP preferred. This remote role offers development opportunities and a supportive team culture in a fast-growing division.

Qualifications

• Experience managing motor claims in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• APA qualification is a minimum requirement; CIP and further qualifications preferred.
• Knowledge to assess liability and quantum, investigate and determine coverage for motor claims.
• Desktop liability investigations, review evidence, determine liability and justify decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues; complaint handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of motor damage claims for key clients.
• Take ownership of claims, assess liability and quantum, determine coverage, and resolve expediently and compliantly.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to reduce cycle times and improve outcomes.
