Pearmill is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to craft engaging visual stories for our global startup clients.

You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and engineers, animate storyboards, edit footage, and optimize assets for multiple digital formats using After Effects and Premiere.

This fully remote role, initially 1 month with extension, offers competitive pay, health and mental health support, a laptop stipend, and a culture that values independence and collaboration.

Formación

• Background in digital graphic design and motion design with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
• Experience with 2D shape and typography animation.
• Video editing and asset optimization.
• Strong sense of motion trends and design hierarchy.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Curiosity about ad performance and design analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfort with remote, collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades

• Work with our team to understand client product and vision, then animate it for ads.
• Develop new motion design concepts for various digital formats.
• Animate storyboards created by the design team.
• Edit raw footage for video ads.
• Coordinate with ad ops to analyze performance and optimize elements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
• Incorporate client feedback and finalize designs.
• Collaborate with Pearmill designers and clients’ teams.
