Job summary

Pearl is seeking a talented Multimedia Artist to maintain and execute the brand’s visual identity across digital touchpoints. You will craft social media graphics, support video editing and motion design, and collaborate with the Creative Content Associate to translate direction into on-brand assets.

This remote role emphasizes execution, independence, and attention to detail, with opportunities to guide interns and uphold design quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in multimedia design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio covering static design and video/motion work.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator; solid Figma skills.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Design execution and brand consistency across social graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Provide multimedia support including video editing and motion graphics creation.
• Review and guide junior designers to ensure high-quality output.
