Qualifications

• Active Underwriter designation certificate (DE) is required.
• Experience using Encompass is required.
• Experience in mortgage underwriting or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brokers to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports for loan approvals or denials.
• Conduct quantitative analysis for loan decisions.
