Self-Help Services Corp. seeks an experienced Servicing and Operations Manager to lead end-to-end loan servicing for consumer and mortgage portfolios in Durham, NC. You will ensure GSE compliance, manage sub-servicers, and drive risk mitigation and reporting across the team.

The role requires deep mortgage industry knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners nationwide to protect borrower outcomes and portfolio value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 7 years of experience in compliance, finance, loan operations, loan servicing and/or loss mitigation.
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on management approach.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full servicing of consumer and mortgage loans from acquisition through liquidation.
• Ensure sub-servicer compliance with GSE guidelines and Self-Help requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk, and implement loss mitigation strategies.
