Qualifications

• High School Graduate/GED is required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years related experience and/or training.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Experience with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• NMLS Safe Licensing is helpful and may be required after hire.
• NMLS and SAFE License within one year, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pipeline management and appointment setting to meet production goals.
• Analyze applicant information to determine qualification for programs.
• Respond to customer needs with compassion to resolve on first contact.
• Manage work queues and document activities in systems of record.
• Work independently and in teams on ongoing or special projects.
• Clearly communicate processes and benefits to customers.
• Follow sales process and QA requirements to stay compliant.
• Meet or exceed Sales KPI targets set by Management.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
