Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is hiring a Production Manager to oversee loan processing from start to finish and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The role emphasizes superior borrower communication, accuracy in income/assets review, and proactive disclosures handling.

You will manage a pipeline with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other loan products, ensuring the best program fit for borrowers while maintaining deadlines in a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of residential mortgage processing/production experience.
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS, DU/LP, and mortgage regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage loan processing from application to closing.
• Communicate with borrowers to explain loan programs and costs.
• Audit income, assets, and credit documentation for loan stability.
• Review disclosures and ensure accurate rate and re-disclosure packages.
• Support underwriting with pre-underwrite items and document collection.
