Job summary

Acrisure Mortgage, LLC is hiring seasoned Mortgage Loan Originators at our Winter Garden, FL branch. You will identify and develop a network of referrals, interview customers, and advise on mortgage products, guiding borrowers through loan processes while ensuring compliance.

Required are 3+ years of retail residential origination, a strong production track record, and active NMLS licensure. Build relationships with realtors and builders and meet sales goals with our support teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience.
• Closed production of $750k–$1M per month in the last 12 months.
• Established local referral networks.
• Proficiency with Conventional, FHA, and VA loan guidelines.
• Must meet SAFE Act and hold active NMLS licensure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Acrisure Mortgage is hiring seasoned Mortgage Loan Originators in our Winter Garden, FL branch!

Job Requirements

Successful Mortgage Loan Originators will proactively identify, develop and maintain a quality network of business relationships that will serve as a source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. The external relationships fostered may consist of realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts. Successful Loan Originators participate in business related development opp ortunities, community efforts to promote home ownership and professional organizations. The Loan Originator is responsible for interviewing new and existing customers to determine their financial needs and advising those customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing. The Loan Originator will navigate the borrower through the process and help to gather required information through clear and timely communication. The Loan Originator is the first line of defense for the company and its investors, he or she is responsible for the submission of clear accurate loan documentation and maintaining industry compliance regulations. The Loan Originator must ensure appropriate procedures are followed while meeting sales goals and objectives.

• 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience


• Documented residential mortgage loans closed volume in the past 12 months of $750,000 – $1 million per month in production


• Established relationships with local referral networks


• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences


• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans


• Strong PC skills and experience utilizing laptop technology


• Must meet and comply with all requirements for Mortgage Loan Originators set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the required background checks and maintain active NMLS licensure
