Job summary

Taylor Morrison Home Funding, Inc. is seeking a Client Coordinator III to manage a residential mortgage loan pipeline from submission through underwriting approval and closing.

You will work with Desktop Originator, Loan Prospector and investor systems, applying FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA guidelines with strong customer service. You’ll collaborate with loan consultants, title agents, builders and real estate partners, ensuring accurate documentation, timely resubmittals and adherence to company

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Proficient in mortgage loan origination software and underwriting systems.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
• Experience processing conventional and government loans a plus.

Responsibilities

• Submit loans to underwriting.
• Prepare and deliver the Customer Commitment Letter.
• Review credit reports, income and assets; ensure proper sources of funds.
• Process Conventional, FHA, VA and Non-Agency/Jumbo loans; follow guidelines.
• Restructure loans when needed and assist with post-submission steps.
