Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z; ongoing compliance with registration requirements.
• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Two or more years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience.

Responsabilités

• Originate mortgage loans in an assigned metropolitan territory.
• Take applications and conduct preliminary underwriting reviews.
• Submit loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval.
• Follow up to secure documents for processing, underwriting, and closing from sources.
• Spend at least 50% of time away from U.S. Bank locations; some on-site presence may be required.
