Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review title documents when received and make sure loan structure is accurate based upon title report.
• Work with title companies to resolve any title issues.
• Notify processor and MLO if any questions or discrepancies.
• Contact title agents for any corrected or missing documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding documents and/or required services not yet obtained.
• Assist Processing Manager, Closing Manager, and Operations with loan task Order verbal and written verification of employment.
• Obtain updated homeowners insurance.
• Run and monitor assigned pipeline reports.
• Send appraisal reports to customers.
• Keep Processing Manager and Closing Manager informed of incomplete files.
• Notify closer on the file of items needed.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by Processing, Closing, and Operation Managers.
• Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct.
