Responsibilities

• Review title documents and verify loan structure aligns with title report.
• Coordinate with title companies to resolve issues and notify processors.
• Contact title agents for corrected or missing documents.
• Follow up with customers on required documents.
• Assist Processing, Closing, and Operations managers with loan tasks.
• Order verbal and written verification of employment.
• Obtain updated homeowners insurance.
• Run and monitor pipeline reports.
• Send appraisal reports to customers.
• Keep managers informed of incomplete files.
• Notify closer of items needed and ensure timely file progression.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to laws and Univest Code of Conduct.
