Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college degree and expected to graduate within 12 months is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or involvement in teams.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction and collaboration.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist mortgage professionals as they pre-qualify prospective home buyers and discuss financing options.
• Guide customers from application to settlement in a competitive market.
• Assist in processing, underwriting and mortgage closings to gain hands-on experience.
• Learn about the homebuilding industry supported by NVR Mortgage.
• Work with sales and production teams to understand how projects become a homeowner's dream.
