Job summary

AmeriSave Mortgage is actively seeking Loan Processors for a remote, home-based role. You will manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, review applications, gather documents, and communicate with customers, officers and underwriters in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers an hourly rate of $17 plus performance bonuses, with target annual compensation ranging from $60,000 to $120,000. Work hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm local time, with two weekend days per month for 4 hours each.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years mortgage loan experience.
• Mortgage loan processing experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, DU, LP and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including refinances and home equity loans.
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy; reconcile with system input.
• Gather required documentation from customers and third parties for loan decisions.
• Provide prompt, professional communication to customers, loan officers and underwriters.
• Calculate and analyze income, assets and liabilities.
• Follow company procedures and use the AUSSIE system as required.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to establish ongoing relationships.
