Job summary

AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking experienced Loan Processors for a remote, home-based role with a Monday–Friday schedule and 9am–6pm local time. You will manage a pipeline of 40–50 loans monthly, including refinances and home equity, focusing on accuracy and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates bring mortgage knowledge, strong written and verbal communication, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years mortgage loan experience
• Must be self-directed and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, CRM
• Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making
• Excellent communication skills
• High-speed internet required for remote work; reliable Ethernet connection

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 40–50 loans per month (refinances and home equity)
• Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy
• Gather required documentation from customers and third parties
• Maintain prompt, professional communication with customers, loan officers and underwriters
• Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities
• Follow company procedures and guidelines to support loan decisions
• Build ongoing relationships by delivering best-in-class customer service
