AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is hiring Loan Processors to join our team. This is a remote-from-home role with schedules Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm local time and occasional weekend hours.

The position emphasizes customer service, mortgage knowledge, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. We offer a performance-based compensation structure with an hourly rate plus commission and a target annual range of $60,000–$120,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years mortgage loan processing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, CRM.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 40–50 loans per month, including refinances and home equity loans.
• Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy; reconcile against system input.
• Gather required documentation from customers and third parties to support loan approval.
• Provide prompt, professional communication to customers, loan officers, and underwriters.
• Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities.
• Utilize AUSSIE and adhere to company procedures.
• Establish ongoing relationships by delivering best-in-class customer service.
