Job summary

AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Loan Processor for a remote, home-based role. You will manage a pipeline of 40–50 loans per month, review applications for completeness, and gather required documentation from customers and third parties while staying in close contact with loan officers and underwriters.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of mortgage loan experience, is detail oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience.
• Mortgage loan processing experience.
• Must be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, CRM.
• Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High-speed internet required for remote work (70/30 Mbps basic to 1000+ Mbps for heavy use).

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month ( refinances and home equity ).
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy against system input.
• Gather required documentation from customers and third parties.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, loan officers and underwriters.
• Calculate and analyze income, assets and liabilities.
• Utilize AUSSIE and company procedures.
• Build ongoing relationships by delivering best-in-class service.
