Job summary

AmeriSave is seeking a Loan Processor to manage a high-volume pipeline from a remote home office. You will review applications, gather documents, and communicate with customers, officers, and underwriters to drive timely decisions.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of mortgage loan experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. This role supports a fast-paced environment with reliable internet and home setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years mortgage loan experience.
• Must be self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, CRM.
• Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and communication abilities.
• Requires high-speed internet and reliable home setup with Ethernet (70/30 Mbps min).

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month (refinances and home equity).
• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy against system input.
• Gather required documentation from customers and third parties.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, loan officers and underwriters.
• Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities.
• Utilize AUSSIE and company procedures.
• Establish ongoing relationships by delivering best-in-class service.
