Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements.
• High school degree or equivalent
• Two or more years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans in an assigned metropolitan territory.
• Take applications and conduct preliminary underwriting reviews.
• Submit loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval.
• Ensure documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner.
• Incumbents spend at least 50% of time away from U.S. Bank locations conducting sales activities.
• Role requires 2+ hours of driving per week.
