The role includes significant field activity away from bank locations (at least 50% of time) and requires 2+ hours of driving per week. Responsibilities include ensuring documents are secured timely, following up with sources, and meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under S.A.F.E. Act & Regulation Z, with ongoing regulatory compliance
• High school degree or equivalent
• Two or more years of Mortgage, Sales, or Real Estate experience

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans in an assigned metropolitan territory.
• Take applications and conduct preliminary underwriting reviews.
• Submit loan files to processing and underwriting for approval.
• Follow up to secure documents for processing, underwriting, and closing.
• Spend at least 50% of time conducting activities away from U.S. Bank locations.
• Drive 2+ hours per week.
