Job summary

Red Ventures is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator for the Sage Home Loans team. This remote role serves MO residents, guiding clients through loan products, prequalification, and next steps with a trust-based approach.

You will manage a robust pipeline, make outbound calls to generate new business, and coordinate with Operations and Processing to close loans while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• NMLS license required with hands-on experience in originating a wide range of loan products.
• Experience with FHA, VA and Conventional mortgage products and their benefits to clients.
• Excellent phone sales skills with the ability to guide clients through the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to generate new business and strengthen retention.
• Answer inbound calls to discuss loan products, prequalification criteria and next steps.
• Monitor and manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet goals and cycle time targets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Processing teams to ensure smooth loan closures.
