Job summary

The Juris Agency in the United States is seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer who thrives in a service‑oriented, detail‑mocused environment. You will build relationships with Realtors and lenders, review loan files, and coordinate with processors and underwriters to close loans smoothly.

You should have multi‑year experience in real estate or mortgage origination, deep knowledge of loan products, and strong regulatory compliance skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication.
• Compliance with lending regulations and underwriting guidelines.
• Familiarity with loan origination software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, and HELOC loans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business
• Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines
• Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
• Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction
• Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
