Job summary

American Millenium Company LLC is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to evaluate and process loan applications. You will interview applicants to gather financial information, assess creditworthiness, and complete loan packages in a role that values clear communication and regulatory knowledge.

The position supports remote work as needed, and the team welcomes Mortgage Loan Officers or an existing branch team. A current book of business is advantageous.

Qualifications

• valid current NMLS #
• Previous experience as a Loan Officer is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, and loan processing and banking software is helpful
• Knowledge of lending products and practices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform in a goal-oriented environment
