American Millenium Company LLC is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to evaluate and process loan applications. You will interview applicants, assess creditworthiness, and complete loan packages while ensuring compliance with current lending practices and regulations.

A current book of business is preferred. The position offers remote work flexibility and welcomes loan officers or teams who operate a branch.

Qualifications

• Valid current NMLS license
• Previous loan officer experience preferred
• Familiarity with Excel, databases and loan processing software helpful
• Knowledge of lending products and practices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform in a goal-oriented environment
