Satori Mortgage is hiring remotely for loan officers who can leverage an existing network to generate funded loans. We provide onboarding, training, and a private community to support you in building a real income in the mortgage business.

If you have strong relationship skills, are self-motivated, coachable, and ready to work in a 100% commission environment with upside, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll join a national team of experienced producers and access real lending power and

Qualifications

• Must have an existing sphere of contacts or network in real estate, sales, or related fields.
• Be a self-starter capable of generating leads without a handed list.
• Coachability and openness to learn a new mortgage sales craft.
• Willing to work on a 100% commission basis with high upside.

Responsibilities

• Generate own business through your network and relationships.
• Proactively prospect and convert opportunities into funded loans.
• Engage with clients and partners via calls, Zoom, and messaging to close loans.
• Leverage onboarding and training resources to accelerate origination activity.
