Satori Mortgage is recruiting for a remote, 100% commission-based loan officer role. You’ll build a personal network and leverage our systems, training, and mentorship to originate funded loans. Expect ongoing coaching, real-time support, and a strong emphasis on relationship-based growth.

You don’t need prior mortgage experience if you bring drive, a network, and willingness to learn the license process. Training, advancement opportunities, and a performance-based bonus structure are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build relationships and generate opportunities in your network.
• Self-starter with proactive work style and accountability.
• Coachable and open to ongoing training and feedback.
• Able to leverage your existing connections to drive loan opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a mortgage origination network.
• Utilize onboarding and training resources to originate loans start to finish.
• Participate in weekly producer calls to share best practices.
• Collaborate with the team for guidance and support across processes.
