Satori Mortgage is seeking driven individuals to join our remote team as loan officers. If you have an existing contact network, a self-starter mindset, and a coachable attitude, you can turn relationships into funded loans with our support system.

We provide intensive onboarding, a private community, and hands-on training to help you succeed from day one. Our 100% commission structure offers real upside and no income caps.

Qualifications

• You already have a sphere of contacts and relationships beyond zero contacts.
• You are a self-starter who can generate your own leads and opportunities.
• You are genuinely coachable and open to learning a new craft.
• You are ready to work in a 100% commission environment with upside.

Responsibilities

• Turn your network into funded loans by building relationships with clients and partners.
• Learn the mechanics of loan origination from start to finish and understand lender options.
• Use proven prospecting systems to generate opportunities and convert them to loans.
• Collaborate with pod leaders, agents, and builders via live calls and Zoom for real-time coaching.
• Partner with leadership to accelerate learning and performance and close loans.
