Satori Mortgage is looking to bring on motivated loan officers who want to turn their existing network into funded loans. This is a remote position with no salary but strong upside, backed by a supportive pod leader and company-wide collaboration.

We provide onboarding, training, and ongoing development, plus access to the Satori Inner Circle and AI tools to help you win. You’ll build relationships, generate opportunities, and advance within a culture-first team.

Qualifications

• You already have a sphere: contacts in your phone, a past‑client base from real estate, a sales network, deep community relationships.
• You're a self‑starter. You generate your own leads and take action.
• You're genuinely coachable and open to learning a new craft.
• You're ready to work in a 100% commission environment with real upside and no income caps.
