Satori Mortgage is a national broker and lender seeking Loan Officers who can build on their existing network to originate funded loans. This remote role emphasizes coaching, a strong drive, and a 100% commission structure with real upside.

Training and ongoing development are core to the program. You’ll join a 50+ strong team with access to a private onboarding community and proven prospecting systems to turn relationships into funded loans.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to generate opportunities from their existing networks.
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently and learn quickly.
• Coachable and open to feedback to adopt new processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and leverage your own network to generate funded loans.
• Engage with coaching staff, participate in onboarding, and use provided systems.
• Work remotely, collaborating with pod leaders and leadership to close loans.
