Our Satori Inner Circle provides hands-on training, proven prospecting systems, and real-time support to turn your network into funded loans. Every Wednesday, the team shares what's working now, and your pod leader ensures you get on calls with experienced mentors until you’re confident.

Qualifications

• New to mortgages but not new to hustle: leverage your existing relationships.
• Self-starter and coachable: you take initiative and implement feedback.
• Willing to work in a 100% commission environment with real upside.

Responsibilities

• Learn the origination process, lender options, and the systems used to fund loans.
• Turn your network into funded loans using proven prospecting systems.
• Join a supportive, pod-led onboarding with accelerators like AI tools and live coaching.
• Attend weekly calls to share what works and scale your production.
• Collaborate with leadership and agents to close loans efficiently.
