Satori Mortgage is a national team of 50+ producing loan officers. We are a brokerage and correspondent lender, offering real lending power and a culture-first environment. You’ll leverage your network and drive to turn relationships into funded loans.

We provide onboarding, training, and proven systems, plus access to our private Inner Circle and AI tools to accelerate success. This is a 100% commission role with no income caps, offering strong upside for ambitious professionals.

Formación

• You already have a sphere of contacts or a strong network to leverage for loans.
• You are a self-starter who can generate your own leads without being handed a list.
• You are coachable and open to learning a new mortgage craft and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow your mortgage business by turning your network into funded loans using proven prospecting systems.
• Utilize onboarding, training, and internal tools to run loan origination from start to funding.
• Collaborate with pod leaders and senior staff via live calls, Zoom sessions, and internal channels to improve skills.
