Qualifications

• You have a sphere of contacts and existing relationships in real estate or sales.
• You're a self-starter who generates opportunities rather than waiting for leads.
• You're coachable and open to learning a new craft in mortgage origination.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and training programs and use our systems to originate loans from start to finish.
• Proactively build and leverage your network to fund loans with company support.
• Engage with pods, leaders, and colleagues to win deals and grow your production.
