Onboarding is built around practical systems: the Satori Inner Circle, proven prospecting, and live coaching. You’ll work with a pod leader, join weekly Wednesday calls, and gain access to Gemini AI tools to win agent partnerships.

• You already have a sphere: contacts, server network, or real estate relationships that can generate business.
• You are a self-starter who can generate your own leads and opportunities.
• You are coachable and ready to learn a new craft within a supportive systems-driven environment.
