The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a Loan Officer, expertise in Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans, and excels in communication and outreach with referral partners. This is a commission-based opportunity with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Loan Officer or Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
• Self-motivated with remote work capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans across Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and referral partners.
• Guide borrowers through loan applications and provide timely communication.
• Analyze borrower financials to recommend loan products.
• Ensure loan files meet federal, state, and investor requirements.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams for timely closings.
• Stay updated on lending guidelines and market trends.
