Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking a proactive Loan Officer to run a remote, commission-based business under the umbrella of the company. You will develop referral networks with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners, and manage client relationships to drive loan volume.

Successful candidates will operate with uncapped commissions, be licensed (NMLS/MLO), and balance sales targets with compliance. Corporate offers administrative, operational, and compliance support to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Proven track record developing referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• History of building and maintaining client databases for marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage referral partner relationships across realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Close loans and drive loan volumes with uncapped commissions.
• Operate remotely on a P&L basis with corporate support.
• Maintain a client database for ongoing marketing and relationship management.
