Kind Lending is expanding its Retail Loan Consultant team in Cheyenne, WY. The role focuses on proactively identifying residential mortgage opportunities, building a residual pipeline, and meeting monthly and annual sales goals through networking with mortgage and real estate professionals.

Responsibilities include advising customers, analyzing financial situations, and guiding loan choices while ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Three or more years’ full-time retail loan origination experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, self-starting mortgage professional.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to structure and price loans.
• Active and/or Approved-inactive NMLS license in the state of operation.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport and leverages existing relationships with borrowers to help achieve mortgage financing goals.
• Consult with customers to analyze financial situations and advise on loan products.
• Ensure each loan meets customer needs and Kind Lending standards.
• Manage loan applications with operational support staff.
• Input and upload customer information into loan origination software.
• Structure and price loans accurately per Kind Lending guidelines.
