• Strong regulatory knowledge and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Run your LO business remotely under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Develop and expand referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Operate on a P&L basis with uncapped commissions.
• Maintain a client database for ongoing marketing.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and manage timelines.
• Receive administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate.
