You will manage and develop product lending guidelines, research potential offerings, and collaborate with sales, underwriting, compliance, and secondary markets to implement program changes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in mortgage lending product development, credit risk, policy analysis or secondary marketing.
• Underwriting experience a plus.
• Deep understanding of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and update lending criteria matrices (LTV, credit score, DTI).
• Organize launch of new lending products within investor guidelines.
• Provide product assessments and comparisons.
• Coordinate and manage new product rollout.
• Maintain investor guidelines and announce changes.
